NUTRITIONIST CONSULTATION
Nutritional evaluation, ideal weight, body fat percentage, recommended weight, analysis of regular diet and eating habits, nutritional recommendations and eating guide for achieving proposed weight and health goals

LABORATORY
· Complete blood count (white blood cell count, red blood cell count, platelet count, hematocrit and hemoglobin)

DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING

AUDIOMETRY
This is an objective study that provides information on hearing ability, normal ear function and pathology through the use of pure tone audiometry, speech audiometry and discrimination percentage scores.

OPTOMETRY
An optometrist will examine your eyes to detect defects and refractive errors and will be able to prescribe corrective lenses for your glasses.

RELAXATION SESSION:   For one hour you will receive hydrotherapy and massage from physical therapists (THIS SERVICE IS OPTIONAL).
